Brows & lashes
Brow lamination, shaping and tinting, plus lash lifts and tints. Patch tested 48 hours ahead, every time, no exceptions.

The monthly reset, in ninety minutes.
A regular client comes in on the first Thursday of the month and leaves with everything ticked off at once — BIAB infill, a brow tidy and an express facial, all in a single sitting rather than three separate trips across town.
It's the same therapist each time, so nothing needs explaining twice: she knows the nail shape, the brow map and which products flare the skin up.

Patch test
Booked 48 hours before any tint, lamination or lash treatment. Five minutes, and it stays valid for six months.
Your treatment
Time booked for the treatment you're having, in a private room with the door closed. Nobody hurries the finish.
Aftercare
Written aftercare where it matters, and an honest answer when the product you already own will do the job.
